Effective October 23, 2002

Plane Cargo Inc adopted a fuel surcharge calculation method for domestic transportation services based on the price of diesel fuel that is published weekly by the U.S. Department of Energy. This method links the fuel surcharges to the market prices for diesel fuel. The surcharge percentage will be adjusted on a monthly basis. The adjustment will be made according to the fuel surcharge table published on our website.

The price used is the most recent cost of a gallon of Gulf Coast diesel fuel as published by the Energy Information Association of the U.S. Department of Energy and can be accessed on their website http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/gdu/gasdiesel.asp
